After a year off while Mike was busy coordinating the 1000 drummers for the London 2012 Olympics opening ceremony the “Ultimate Drum Experience” is back with a vengeance!
This years course will run from Monday 27th May - Friday 31st May (school half term) inclusive at a new venue “The bull theatre” in Barnet, North London. The venue is in the heart of Barnet with excellent public transport and underground links.
This year international super drummer Thomas Lang will be one of our residential teaching staff along with the return of popular U.S. drummer Billy Ward and UK session drummer Ash Soan. Guest day teachers include drum tuning guru Jeff Davenport and there will be workshops with a top UK bass player and an audience with a surprise drum icon and more!

Evening Events
Evening events include the now legendary Monday night Drum Jam and nightly drum clinics, all included in the price for course members; there will be a limited number of evening event tickets available to purchase for members of the public not on the course:

All of the evening events will be held in the onsite theatre.

Beginners Drum Day, 26 May 2013
In association with Roland UK, we are also hosting our first “The Ultimate Drum Experience” beginners day This is a one day course, giving students the opportunity to learn to play the drums on their own personal Roland kit with head phones so they will be able to work at their individual pace.
The course is suitable for students who have never played before or have little or no experience of playing a full drum kit (minimum age 12, no maximum age!!!) in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. » Click here for more Drum Day information
